1. Introduction to Preorders
This Preorder Terms and Conditions agreement ("Preorder Terms") governs all preorders ("Preorders") placed for products on the Sellie Deals website (www.selliedeals.com.ng). By placing a Preorder, you ("Customer," "You") agree to be bound by these specific terms, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

A Preorder is an order for a product that is not yet in stock but is scheduled for a future release.

2. Nature of a Preorder
You acknowledge and agree that:
a. By placing a Preorder, you are committing to purchase the product upon its arrival.
b. The Estimated Shipping Date provided is an estimate from our suppliers and is not guaranteed. Delays in manufacturing, shipping, or customs clearance are possible and beyond our control.
c. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant changes to the Estimated Shipping Date via email.

3. Payment for Preorders
We offer the following payment options for Preorders:

a. Full Prepayment: You pay the full product price at the time of placing the Preorder. This guarantees your spot in the queue and ensures your order is processed immediately upon stock arrival.

b. Deposit Payment: You pay a non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 20% of the product price] to secure your Preorder. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your original payment method when the product is ready to ship. You will be notified before this final charge is processed.

4. Cancellation Policy for Preorders
a. By the Customer:

• You may cancel your Preorder at any time before the item ships from our warehouse.

• If you paid in full, you will receive a full refund.

• If you paid a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable as it secures your unit and covers administrative costs.

b. By Sellie Deals:

• We reserve the right to cancel a Preorder at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the product being discontinued by the manufacturer or failure to meet quality checks.

• In such an event, you will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid, regardless of the original cancellation policy.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment
a. Preorders will be shipped in the order in which they were received (first preordered, first shipped).
b. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process and ship your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number at that time.
c. The shipping fee for your Preorder will be calculated and charged at checkout.

6. Refunds for Preorders
Refunds for cancelled Preorders (as permitted in Section 4) will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Product Specifications & Changes
Product specifications, features, and box contents are based on information provided by the manufacturer at the time of listing. These are subject to change without notice by the manufacturer. Sellie Deals is not responsible for any such changes and does not guarantee that the final product will exactly match every pre-release specification.

8. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address, email address, and payment information are correct and up to date at the time of placing your Preorder. We are not liable for Preorders lost due to incorrect information provided by you.
